 Appointment Policy

Please call our office at (609) 927-8077 to schedule an appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that if you schedule an appointment and do not cancel prior to 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment, a charge may be incurred.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks with proper ID.  For pets that need extensive diagnostics, treatments, or hospitalization, we recommend Care Credit Financing.  For more information about Care Credit, please click here.

 


 

 

Patient Arrival Policy

  • Please be aware, that if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your pets appointment.

  • For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

  • All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

  • Please turn off all cell phones before entering the hospital, as they interfere with our medical equipment.

 Surgery Patients

Surgery patients are admitted from 7:45 am to 8:15 am on the morning of the scheduled procedure.  Please remember to withhold food from your pet after 8 pm the night before; water is allowed until the time of admission.
